Renew Your Membership
Renewals cover a full year from 1st April until 31st March. The current subscription is £20*. Members will be issued with a new membership card on payment of their renewal subscription. (A different colour card is used for each year) (*subject to SGM vote)
If any of your details, such as email address, have changed, please update us via the "Change Your Details" page.
Our preferred renewal process is that you renew in March ready for the start of our year by:
Alternatively we do accept cash or you can pay by cheque, making the cheque payable to “Dorchester & District U3A”. The Membership Secretary will accept subscriptions in person but is not able to issue cards immediately. Please also supply her with a self addressed envelope so your subscription can be kept separate and your card sent or given to you later.
Members can begin renewing their membership from January onwards. Please note that no membership privileges are allowed to members who have not renewed by the end of June.

- Setting up a Standing Order (use your banking app, visit your branch or use our membership form on the “How to Join" page)
- or using BACS (Bankers Automated Clearing Services) whereby the monies are transferred from your bank account to the Dorchester & District U3A bank account
- Completing the Gift Aid form (this is optional - see details below) if you haven’t already done this.
