FIRST MONDAY MEETINGS

At our September Monthly Meeting, we retired Dorset Police Inspector Richard Hutley will entertain us with a talk on "Smugglers in Dorset".
There is no Monthly Meeting in August!

For our July meeting, having held our AGM,
author Dr Justin Newland gave us his talk "A Rose by Any Other Name - Our Fascination with the Rose".  The talk demonstrated how the rose, as well as starring in many of our gardens, has permeated myth, history and culture across the world.

​Our Monthly Meetings are held in the Holy Trinity Centre Main Hall on the first Monday of each month except for August.
The meetings start at 10.00 and with the  talk and updates from our Groups starting at 10.30.
​This is an opportunity to meet your committee members, socialise with other members and be entertained by our visiting speakers.
