Meetings take place at the Dorchester Community Church in Poundbury.
Our group is full at the moment, so please contact me (details below) if you are interested in joining and I will put you on the waiting list.
Meetings are on the second and fourth Friday of each month, 10:30 to 12 noon. See the timetable for dates.
There is usually a topic for each meeting. Each term's topics are published on the calendar so that you have time to prepare. Grammar is discussed as and when questions arise. We start with members presenting their views on the topic to the whole group. We then split into smaller groups for more spontaneous conversations.
We all make lots of mistakes and happily give each other words and suggestions when appropriate.
