u3a online

In addition to all our own activities, as a member of Dorchester and District u3a (or any other u3a), you have access to a set of activities, mainly online, organised by or through our National u3a organisation the Third Age Trust.
​These include online workshops and talks, radio podcasts, subject networks.  Online events range from online cookery and yoga classes to talks on art, history and science.

This covers a wide range of News, activities and information.  You do need to create an account to access the members area, but this is a painless process.  When in the National u3a website, click on "member area" and then "create an account" and full guidance is provided.
You can sign up to regular updates from the u3a.
The u3a friends newsletter provides news, views and stories from across all u3a’s in the UK as well as updates from our National u3a organisation, the Third Age Trust.  Click on Newsletter to read an example edition.  There is a sign-up link at the bottom of the newsletter.
u3a Online Events monthly update provides information about the u3a national learning offering.  It includes an outline of the upcoming talks, events and competitions for the month ahead and has links for booking.  Click on u3a online to read a recent edition.  There is a sign-up link at the bottom of the newsletter.

The u3a Radio Podcast is available if you would prefer just to listen - with the latest news and activity from across the u3a. Click u3a Radio Podcast to read all about it and get the link.
