Membership Application

    ​If you would like to join the Dorchester & District u3a, please complete the form below and click Submit.  The current annual subscription is £20.   We will hold your application pending receipt of payment.  Fields with an asterisk* must be completed in order to submit the form.

    I wish to join the Dorchester & District U3A.

    The cost of annual membership is £20 per person.
    The membership year is from 1st April to 31st March.  New members who join between 1st January and 1st April in the year have their membership extended to the 31st March of the following year.
    If you are already a current member of another u3a you do not need to pay
 the Third Age Trust membership fee again (proof of membership required) and a discount of £4 can be applied.
    Please select one of the payment options.  
    Please note that this form is not directly linked to a payment system.  You need to do this separately on your normal banking system or by cheque!
    • If you are setting up a regular payment (standing order) at your bank, please make payable to a/c Dorchester & District u3a, Sort Code 30-92-69, account no 01221849 (Lloyds Bank Dorchester).  The first payment should be paid now and subsequent payments on 1st April annually.
    • If paying by online payment (BACS), please make payable to a/c Dorchester & District u3a, Sort Code 30-92-69, account no 01221849 (Lloyds Bank Dorchester). Please use your telephone number as the reference to make it easier to identify you. 
    • If sending a cheque, please make payable to Dorchester & District u3a and send to Chris Langthorne,  24 Southfield House, South Walks Road, Dorchester DT1 1AD.

    Your membership subscriptions and/or donations are worth a quarter more, for example for every £10 you give us we can reclaim £2.50 from HM Revenue & Customs.
