NEWSLETTER: The new Newsletter editor is Janet Gelernter. The Newsletter has been printed. It should be delivered very soon. Apologies for the lateness of it, there was a problem with our usual printers. NEW GROUPS: Carole Richards is the Group Leader for the new French Beginners Group - which will be starting in June. Contact Jane Huff for more details or to register your interest. Jo and Paul Eaton will be the Group Leaders for Playing Card Games for Fun Group. This will also be starting in June. We need a an qualified Line Dancer for the Line Dancing group. He is raising money for Weldmar Hospicecare. This is at the Pavilion in the Park (PiP) café, on the Great Field, Poundbury. Can you help your u3a? We need someone to coordinate our speaker programme for the FMMs (we have a list of speakers). At each FMM (at the back of the hall) we have a box for donations for the local Food Bank. Please see the list of items (below) that are needed by the Food Bank. Items that are marked with ** are things that the Food Bank run out of most often and have to shop for regularly.
