Wellbeing (previously advertised as Healthy Habits) – Tatiana Dare is starting this group in November. It will include how to make our lives healthier and develop a “zest for life”. They are meeting on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month, 10.30am to 11.30am, at HTPC (Upper Classroom).

Together, we’ll explore practical ways to care for both body and mind through a deeper understanding of nutrition, movement, mental health, and other key aspects of wellbeing. Each session will focus on a specific theme, encouraging open discussion and sharing of personal experiences. You’ll gain practical insights and strategies to help you develop and maintain healthy habits that fit your individual lifestyle — whether it’s improving sleep, making balanced food choices, managing stress, or staying active at any age. The group combines scientifically grounded approaches with proven traditional methods, providing a holistic perspective on health and wellness. It is led by a certified and registered Nutritional Therapist, ensuring that every topic is both evidence-based and accessible. Meetings offer a relaxed, supportive space to learn, reflect, and inspire one another on the journey toward lasting wellbeing.
