Spanish Improvers....Bienvenido!
All classroom meetings cancelled until further notice
We are currently meeting on Zoom every fortnight. For further information contact the Group Leader, Jane Huff.
The group is now in its sixth year and we do a range of speaking, listening, reading and writing activities. The group meets twice per month in the upstairs classroom of the HTPC on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month between 3.00 and 4.30 p.m. (see map below)
Please notify the Group Contact if you are unable to attend. Please note that this group has some spaces for new members. If you are interested in joining the group please get in touch with the Group Contact, Jane Huff. Email: spanishimprovers@dorchesteru3a.org.uk telephone number in newsletter We use a range of different resources, including web-based ones. A good Spanish-English dictionary is always useful however! We will be concentrating on conversation. Each lesson, there will be a theme/topic which we will discuss (revising the verbs and vocabulary that goes with it).
We will be using different tenses – past (preterite & imperfect) as well as the future. YouTube clips for the future tense
