Welcome to Meditation and Mindfulness
This is a very popular group. We regret the waiting list is closed to new members.
An opportunity to experience meditation in a group which many people say is significantly easier than trying alone.
We will explore different methods of meditation and benefits of mindfulness. Sessions start with a herbal tea (not obligatory!) and time to settle comfortably into the space. There will be time for discussion and sharing (also not obligatory - sometimes we want to be quiet and thoughtful). No experience necessary and there's no judgement or expectation here, just discovery and peace. The Quiet Space has chairs and some cushions but maybe bring a blanket and anything else that might make you more comfortable. |
