Dining Club
Eager to widen the scope of dining out and members keen to taste and experience other global cuisines, in addition to Asian, this group is now known as the Dining Club.
During the past two years members have enjoyed monthly, leisurely, sociable meals united by a passion for tasting flavourful cuisine from across Asia. Tasting set and table d’hote menus and help-yourself buffets have been eaten in bistros, casual and fine dining restaurants, on a riverboat and even in a private house!
The first few months of this year we would have been tasting French, Italian, Indian, British and Portuguese cuisines. Vegetarians are always catered for.
If anyone knows of a good restaurant in the Dorchester Area (Weymouth, Bridport, Sherborne etc.), Brenda would love to hear from you. Each month a member decides the restaurant and negotiates places and prices and maybe a special menu with the restaurateur. Members will book their places with the group not the restaurant.
